Officers from the District Fisheries office in Mongu through the courts of law dispose-off the fish confiscated during a joint patrol conducted Wednesday evening.

The patrol was conducted by a team of officers from the Zambia Police, Mongu Municipal Council Police, Department of National Parks & Wildlife and the department of Fisheries and Livestock.

The contraband was confiscated at Mongu Town, Mongu Central, Mandanga, Kapulanga and Mulamba Harbour markets.
