Chililabombwe Member of Parliament, Hon. Paul CC Kabuswe, has today 23rd January, 2024 empowered 40 mobile money operators in his constituency.
The recipients have each received K2,000 in an effort to boost their businesses, which in turn will boost the local economy.
The lawmaker who is also Minister of Mines and Minerals Development, has embarked on a journey of empowering the youths in his constituency so that they are self reliant to lessen over dependency on employment, as they will be the future employers when their businesses grow.
The MP,therefore, expects all the empowered youths to utilize this opportunity wisely and work hard to pay back the money, as it is a revolving fund to enable others benefit as well.
He further encouraged the recipients of the funds to use the money for its intended purpose.
