A Kitwe based man of Chinese origin has been charged by police for conduct likely to cause the breach of peace after he spat inside a barbershop.
According to eyewitness, Warren Hinyama, who serves as Copperbelt UPND Youth Chairman, says Wang Haijun spat when he finished smoking a cigarette, however the bizzare act that happened inside the barbershop riled onlookers that reported the man to the police.
Haijun was later released upon payment of an admission of guilty fine.
