Munali aspiring lawmaker Chrispin Chiinda has been adopted as the Resolute Party parliamentary candidate under the Tonse Pamodzi Alliance for the 13 August 2026 general election.
Chiinda said he was excited to share the news with Zambians and thanked Resolute Party President Makebi Zulu and President Brian Mundubile for the confidence shown in him.
He also thanked the central committee of the Tonse Pamodzi Alliance for unanimously choosing him to represent Munali.
“I am confident that we will triumph and emerge victorious on 13 August 2026,” Chiinda said.
He urged fellow aspirants not to lose hope, noting that he was left out of the adoption process in 2021 but remained committed.
“I have every confidence in the people of Munali, like they have done before, to wake up and vote in numbers and speak through the ballot on 13 August 2026,” he said.
Chiinda said the constituency faced a major task in advancing a transformation agenda and called on voters to choose “true development and leadership that cares for the people”.
“As a true son of Munali, we are resolute. I appeal to the people of Munali to get united behind the Resolute Party under the Tonse Pamodzi Alliance,” he said.
