State House Chief Communication Strategist, Whitney Mulobela, says President Hakainde Hichilema has unveiled a regionally balanced Cabinet drawn from all ten provinces of Zambia.
Mulobela said this (Wednesday) afternoon shortly after President Hichilema swore-in Cabinet and Provincial Ministers at State House.
Mulobela noted that the President’s message was clear, that everyone must contribute to the Grow Zambia agenda and every Zambian must begin to feel its benefits.
He added that President Hichilema directed the Ministers to serve all Zambians without discrimination.

“This afternoon, we witnessed the swearing-in of Cabinet and Provincial Ministers by President Hakainde Hichilema. The President unveiled a regionally balanced Cabinet, drawn from all 10 provinces of our great country. His message was clear: everyone must contribute to the Grow Zambia agenda, and every Zambian must begin to feel its benefits. Most importantly, he directed the Ministers to serve all Zambians without discrimination,” Mulobela stated.
Mulobela has since congratulated all the appointed Ministers.
The swearing-in ceremony paves the way for the full implementation of government programmes under the Grow Zambia Agenda.
