HUNGER: PROSTITUTION RISES SHARPLY IN KALOMO’S SIACHITEMA

Chief Siachitema of Kalomo District is concerned with increased cases of infidelity in his chiefdom.
The Traditional Leader says infidelity especially among married people may lead to an escalation in Gender Based Violence –GBV- cases.
Siachitema has since called on married couples to iron out challenges they may be faced with instead of creating havoc in their homes.
And Wilson Luchembe, a 26 year old Kalomo Resident, is disappointed with married women who have turned to infidelity owing to hardships in their homes.
Luchembe, who is a Subject of Chief Siachitema’s Chiefdom, has charged that some men are now running away from performing their responsibilities such as providing for their families yet they have chosen to live with concubines.
He says this situation has created confusion in many homes.
