Citizens First (CF) party President Harry Kalaba is disappointed with the state of industries in Mansa District.

Addressing a rally in Mansa today, Mr Kalaba stated that the collapse of local industries has left many without jobs.

He added that the revival of manufacturing would bring renewed hope to the community.

Mr Kalaba observed that poor road infrastructure continues to hinder development in the district.

He noted that farmers struggle to transport their produce due to damaged roads.

Mr Kalaba advanced that agriculture must be supported through timely access to imports and inputs.

He said that delays in farming supplies weaken productivity and discourage small-scale farmers.

Mr Kalaba affirmed that social cash transfers should be provided monthly to ease household burdens.

He emphasised that improved social amenities such as health and education facilities are vital for progress.

Mr Kalaba stressed that revitalisation of industries, better roads, and stronger agriculture will transform Mansa District.
