The Lusaka High Court this morning blasted a hoodlum of matero displaying his manhood to three young girls whom he kidnapped and sexually abused.

30-year old Vincent Mulenga will now spend a decade and half behind bars performing state-commissioned manaul labour, as the Court convicted him of indecent assault on three teenagers.

known on the streets of Matero as Desai Mafia, Mulenga abducted three children of Matero Township whom he sexually sexually abused before inviting other men to the orgy.

In his mitigation Mulenga begged the Court for mercy as he had regretted his actions.

But in handing down her sentence, judge Mwaka Ngoma rebuked Mulenga for showing his foul-stenched nakedness to children.

“I have considered your mitigation but the offence of indecent assault is a serious offence requiring that you be given a lengthy sentence,” said judge Ngoma.

“At your age, you should have shame and not to expose your nakedness to a child. Girls and boys need to be protected from you. I will be failing in my duties if I don’t send you to prison. I hereby sentence you to 15 years imprisonment with hard labour.”

She directed that the sentence will run concurrently with the five-year sentence for abduction and the 12 months sentence for assault imposed on Mulenga by the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court will run concurrently with the 15-year jail sentence.
