A man identified as James Fabiano aged 43, has taken his own life after his wife denied him bed services.

Spokesperson for Limbadzi police in Lilongwe, Felix Kwiyani has confirmed the development saying deceased (Fabiano) has been bed food for the past two years by his wife.

Kwiyani said after the police were tipped about the issue, they rushed to the scene and found Fabiano leaving a note that explained how his second wife denied him to eat the natural fruit.

Fabiano hailed from Mgalamuka village, in area of Traditional Authority Mkukula in the district.
