Police in Matero have detained and arrested Isaac Chikomba aged 35 of George compound for allegedly defiling his 11 year old step daughter.

Police Spokesperson Rea Hamoonga says the incident is alleged to have occurred between August 2023 and December 27,2023 in Lusaka’s George compound.

Mr.Hamoonga explained that the victim’s mother works at a named bar in Soweto compound and leaves home around 05:00 hours and only returns around 22:00, leaving her three children in the care of her husband.

He said that on December 26,2023 her 11 year old daughter fell sick and revealed to the mother that her stepfather was having Canal knowledge with her every time she went for work.
