In the spirit of promoting fitness as a prerequisite for quality service delivery, the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services,tussled with the Public Service Management Division (PSMD), in a social football match.

In a show of talent, skill and enthusiasm, the two teams both showed vigour in the first few minutes of the match held at Queesmead stadium in Lusaka.

Despite the massive talent from both teams, PSMD, showed determination and found the back of the net ten times before the second half.

The Community Development men, however were determined to level matters, but required more technical capacity to close in the goal deficit,but still failed to find the back of the opponent’s net.

The second half was also dry interms of goals, despite the social security men showing determination to overturn the humiliating goal difference.

The public service men were however determined to keep the scoreline intact in their favour.

The scoreline in favour of the PSMD men,remained the same after 90 minutes, with both teams showing sportsmanship by embracing the result.

Speaking on behalf of Director for Human Resource, Ms Mala Sikazwe,Senior Human Resource Development Officer Chuma Simbyakula, encouraged members of staff after the game, to embrace sport in order to protect themselves from non communicable and diseases.
