President Hakainde Hichilema has appointed Zambian musician Chama Fumba best known as PILATO as the new permanent secretary in the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Arts.
The announcement has been made at the swearing in ceremony at State House on Tuesday morning when the head of State was swearing in several individuals.
After Pilato’s appointment it is not clear on the fate of the current PS Kangwa Chileshe but reports on the ground indicate that the Ministry will have two positions of permanent secretary.
