THE Patriotic Front – PF Central Committee has suspended its senior party members who are facing disciplinary charges with immediate effect.

Those suspended include PF National Chairperson, Davies Chama, Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa, Chama South MP, Davison Mung’andu and Mafinga MP, Robert Chawinga.

PF Chairperson for Information and Publicity Emmanuel Mwamba tells Byta FM News that the Central Committee also gave 30 days deadline to the Disciplinary Committee to hear these matters.

He says Deputy National Chairperson and Lupososhi MP Emmanuel Musonda Mpankata MP has since been appointed as Acting National Chairperson of the Party.

The Central Committee also ratified the appointment of new members of the Central Committee.

Those appointed include former Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit – DMMU National Coordinator Chanda Kabwe, media personnel Nakiwe Simpungwe and former parliamentary candidate, Namakau Sianga.

This follows a meeting that the committee held, which was chaired by PF Acting Party President Given Lubinda.
