The Ministry of Youths, Sports and Art says there is need for young people to embrace science and technology because they are at the centre of economic growth.

Ministry of Youths, Sports and Art Southern Province Coordinator Tobias Tembo explains that science and technology will change the world because of their key role in production of goods and services.

Tembo explains that commitment by Government to developing science and technology, is reflected in the creation of a Ministry dedicated to them.

He adds that young people should also consider studying programs that have a huge component of science and technology because they enhance creativity.

Tembo further notes that science and technology have the ability to promote entrepreneurship in view of a saturated job market for other areas.

And Stanley Sansali, a Resident of Choma District has also advised young people to embrace entrepreneurship.

Ikabongo is of the view that entrepreneurship has the potential to solve the challenge of employment among the young people.
