ZAMBIA AND MALAWI TO CO- HOST 2026 FIFA WORLD CUP….as Fifa strips off Mexico, Canada and USA of host rights.

The global Football governing body has shockingly announced that Zambia and Malawi will co-host the 2026 global soccer showpiece.

According to the FIFA President Gianni Infantino, the decision comes after Canada, Mexico and United States were stripped off the rights to co+ host 2026 world cup due to bad weather and security concerns.

The 2026 FIFA world cup takes center stage from 11 June to 19 July ,the longest world cup ever.

Estadio de Heroes stadium of Lusaka the capital city of Zambia will open the event starting with opening ceremony which will be characterized by dances across the region.

Later, the host will entertain the opening game to be announced after the world cup qualifiers which in some continents has already kicked off.

The second game will be hosted by the warm heart of Africa Malawi in a magnificent 40thousand seater capacity.

However, it remains to be seen how the two friendly countries will manage the global event as the number of participants were increased from 32 to 48 countries that’s 11 from Africa.

The five cities will host the games with their beautiful stadia namely Lusaka (Heroes stadium) Mansa (Independence stadium) Ndola (Estadio De Levy Mwanawasa) Lilongwe (Bingu national stadium) and of course Brantyre, Kamuzu stadium.
