Actor and Comedian Cosmas N’gandwe popularly known as Logic from Mpali has disclosed that some actors and actresses in Zambia nowadays earn monthly payments equivalent to that of a medical doctor while others get more.

Speaking when he appeared on a Millennium Radio show hosted by Irvin Muyumbwa in Lusaka, and monitored by ZED GOSSIP N’gandwe said most actors who appear on popular television shows lead a very comfortable life because their talent is now paying off handsomely.

And N’gandwe said whoever does not find him funny has laughing issues needing urgent therapy because him just wearing a suit makes people laugh.

N’gandwe who joined comedy and acting 12 years ago said as at now, his full time job is acting as it earns him a good pay and does not need to do any other job.

N’gandwe said because acting puts food on his family’s table, he always strives to put effort towards he work.

He said people need to take acting serious because many educated people with their degrees are languishing and drinking beers in compounds while those that may be regarded as amashilu are cashing in using social media and other deals they are approached to work on.
