ZESCO Spokesperson MATONGO MAUMBI says the power utility will continue to review the load-shedding schedule weekly, in response to mounting complaints from its customers and the general public.

Mr. MAUMBI has told ZNBC News that a team of technocrats convenes every week to review the weekly load-shedding schedules and make adjustments according to lessons learnt from the previous week.

Mr. MAUMBI says the team will also explore alternative measures aimed at improving electricity provision if the current rationing method does not meet the demands of consumers.
