Mr Nalubamba said this yesterday during a breakfast meeting with players in the postal and courier sector, which Zambia Daily Mail Limited acting managing director Simate Simate attended.
Zambia Daily Mail offers courier services in some parts of the country.

“We are asking around in the region and internationally how we can leverage this reasonably new sector to forge ahead of others. We are looking at how we can get huge investment coming. The authority has high expectation of this sector’s growth.

“We are open to discussions, we may not always agree but we are open to discussions so that we can grow the sector together. We are not here as your enemy, we are here so that we can grow the sector together,” Mr Nalubamba said.
