I recently made a decision to stop contributing to people’s weddings, kitchen parties and chilanga mulilo’s because it dawned on me that after my friends / relatives get married, they stopped communicating with me.
All of a sudden, I became that miserable single woman who should not be associated with married people.
It’s funny how my money was never miserable when they needed it to fund their lavish weddings or events.
I will say it one last time, PLEASE STOP ADDING ME TO YOUR GROUPS FOR CONTRIBUTIONS FOR YOUR WEDDINGS. GO AHEAD AND GET MARRIED WITHOUT BOTHERING US SINGLE PEOPLE. LEAVE ME ALONE !
