A man in Nakonde district of Muchinga Province has reported that he was s0d0mized by an unknown male person who is believed to be a Tanzanian national.

The victim, who is in his 20s said he met the assailant at a bottle store at Tola-Tola market on Saturday night, where the latter offered to buy him a bottle of energy drink to mix with his wh!skey.

The two drank together until the assailant asked the victim to escort him to Tunduma in Tanzania.

However, on their way, the assailant attacked the victim at Chiyanga’s Black Market, just after crossing the rail line.

According to Muchinga Province Deputy Commissioner Ronald Zambo, the man grabbed him by the neck, beat him, undressed him and had int£rcourse with him against the order of nature.

The Zambian man said he lost consciousness during the ordeal and when he woke up around 0230hrs, he realized that his cellphone was missing from his pocket. He reported the matter to the police.

The police have issued a medical report form to the victim and opened a docket to investigate the matter.
