Renowned Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Expert Dr Jerome Kanyika has commended the Ministry of Health for realigning 123 staff members at its headquarters.
He described the restructuring as a decisive step toward restoring public trust in Zambia’s Healthcare administration.

Dr Kanyika said the exercise must be urgently extended beyond the Lusaka headquarters.
He urged the Ministry to roll out the audit to all provinces, districts, and public hospitals.
He added that statutory institutions and boards under the Ministry must also be included.
Dr Kanyika said the shift validates the appointment of Prof Roma Chilengi as Minister of Health.
He called it a timely and visionary decision by the Republican President.
Dr Kanyika said the Minister will establish a lasting legacy of an efficient, transparent, and robust Health sector.
