ZAMBIAN hip hop artiste Mwila Musonda, otherwise know as Slap D, will be one of the 70 speakers at the African Business Conference hosted by Harvard University, Centre for African Studies.

According to information published on the university website, Slap D will be talking to business students at the the HBS Africa Business Conference which will run from March 24 to 25.

The event, believed to be the largest student-run African conference globally, will be hosted at the Harvard Business School campus.

It has been held annually over the past 24 years and this year’s event will be its Silver Jubilee.

The conference hosts leaders and experts on Africa to discuss the state of and opportunities across the continent.

It will also seek to explore Africa’s next chapter under the theme: “Africa Accelerated: Leaps and Bounds into the Next Decade.”

According to the school website, the agenda will comprise activities ranging from keynote addresses, identifying opportunities for Africa, panel discussions, a new venture competition, among others.
