THE Seventh Day Adventist Church in Central Province is mourning the death of three youth leaders who died in a road traffic accident yesterday.

Although the details of the accident are quite not clear, the dead trio form Kapiri North District who were travelling with two other people have been identified as Kirren Chisenga who served in the church’s public relations department, Chongo Sakala, who was the district vice-president and Adventure Specialist, and also Mercy Ngalande.

Following the accident in Kapiri, around Nkumbi area between Mkushi and Kapiri districts and three were rushed to Kapiri General hospital were they confirmed dead on arrival.

When reached for comment on the matter, Police said they will issue a statement in due course while SDA Copperbelt Zambia Conference Youth Director, Suzyo Longwe said more information will be made available at a later stage.
