Igho Tiny Ubiribo Died From Pulmonary Embolism Linked to Penis Enlargement Procedure
The cause of death of Nigerian influencer Igho Tiny Ubiribo, popularly known as Ego and a close friend of Davido, has reportedly been revealed months after his passing.
Igho, who was 43, reportedly died from a pulmonary embolism following complications from a penis enlargement procedure carried out in Thailand.

According to reports, Igho experienced chest pain before collapsing during a couples massage after undergoing the procedure. He was reportedly later subjected to a postmortem examination in the United Kingdom.
The examination reportedly found cellular material in his lungs that matched hyaluronic acid, a substance used in the injections administered during the enlargement procedure.
His death was subsequently ruled a pulmonary embolism, reportedly caused by complications associated with the procedure.
The reported circumstances surrounding Igho’s death have raised questions about the potential risks associated with cosmetic enhancement procedures involving injectable substances.
